The Veterinary Center operates as a full service veterinary hospital and provides veterinary care 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Located in Ra'anana, the veterinary hospital serves the Sharon area cities including: Ra'anana, Kefar Saba, Hod HaSharon, Herzlia and the surrounding communities.
Veterinary Medical Center Ilan specializes in quality Veterinary care to a large variety of small animals and exotic pets including: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, hamsters and rats.

Physical examination is the first step
During each visit your pet will undergo a complete "head to tail" physical examination after which he or she will receive vaccinations and preventative treatment – if found healthy. In case of illness we will recommend treatment or further diagnostic tests based on our findings.
We provide a 24 hours hospitalization service for patients who need close monitoring, fluid therapy and post-op recovery.
Diagnostics
At the Veterinary Center we provide our pets and their owners with the most advanced veterinary care.
The hospital is fully equipped with diagnostic equipment including in house computerized complete blood laboratory, computerized radiography, digital dental X-rays, ultrasound, advanced ophthalmology equipment and more. We also provide specialists Veterinary services in our clinic including: Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Cardiology and Dermatology.
Soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
There are two operating rooms in the center – sterile theatre for a large variety of soft tissue and orthopedic procedures and non-sterile room for the treatment of contaminated wounds and dental procedures.
All patients going through anesthesia and surgery are tracked with state of the art monitoring equipment for blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate and temperature. Heat support and intravenous fluids during surgery are routine. Advance laser CO2 surgery and RadioSurgery are used for a variety of soft tissue procedures. The equipment has the advantages of high accuracy with minimal bleeding, swelling and pain.
Dr. Ilan’s extensive training and belief in continuing education ensures proper handling of large variety of orthopedic procedures including: external and internal fixation of fractures with pins and plates, patellar luxations, cranial cruciate ligament rupture, femoral head osteotomy (FHO), amputations and more.

Dr. Irit Ilan
Graduate of The Hebrew University, Koret School of Veterinary Medicine and The University of Pretoria South Africa in 1995. She is also a graduate of small animal medicine and surgery internship program at the University of Pennsylvania. She participates regularly in veterinary seminars and courses, and considers continuing education and staff training as important aspects of her work.
Dr Irit Ilan established Veterinary Medical Center Ilan in 1999 with the vision of providing the best professional and personal medical and surgical care for your pet.
Dr. Ofri ShemTov
Graduate of the Hebrew University, Koret School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She has been practicing small animal medicine since. Dr ShemTov is highly experienced and interested in Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology and Dermatology. She regularlyparticipates in veterinary Conferences and seminars.
Dr. Maor Goldman
Graduate of th Hebrew University, Koret School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. At the end of his studies he Acquired clinical experience working in a large clinic and veterinary emergency center. Dr. Goldman's main field of interest is Cardiology and he is a graduate of further training and advanced courses on behalf of the European school for further studies (ESAVS). Maor also participates in seminars and enrichment Veterinary practical courses
Dr. Anna Glaz
Joined the clinic team in 2022, a graduate of the Veterinary school at Lugansk University in Ukraine (2006-2012). In addition, she has a degree in food quality and standardization. During her studies Anna volunteered in several associations for dogs and cats and in 2014 immigrated to Israel. After training at the Beit Dagan Veterinary Hospital and receiving a work permit in Israel, she worked and managed a large clinic for dogs and cats in the Sharon area for several years where she gained extensive clinical experience. Anna and her husband have a lovely baby- Milenia and of course a stray cat they adopted named Mortzik.
Our Technicians: Ahuva Ilan, Michal Fogel, Orna Epstein, Nadin Veksler and Noa Amiri are highly experienced and share their love and passion for all animals and their needs.
Grooming service
Our Groomer Tami Lancut is a graduate of the Belgium grooming academy.
She works as Small Animal Groomer since 1995 and has a soft spot for all types of animals.
